Meet the Team

Charold was born and raised in Kane'ohe and graduated from the University of Hawai'i at Mano'a in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Special Education for students aged 3-21. Shortly after graduation Charold taught at a local public school where she met and team taught with Amanda Gregory. In the summer of 2009 she was trained in the ASAP Program at Applied Scholastics International®. After returning she decided to partner with Amanda Gregory to open Phonics Fanatics. Her goal is to help remediate or enrich as many students' lives with this technology as possible returning to them their ability to independently learn with ease. She is an asset to Phonics Fanatics and a beloved teacher by all her students.
